1. What's your minimun order?

It depend on the style you choose. If you don't  have any requirements for the materials and color,the MOQ will be 500pcs per color. Otherwise,we will calculated the exact
minimum quantity based on designated styles. Please inform us with all your requirements in your inquiry mails.

2. Do you have your own factories?

Yes,we have our own factory. We export all the products from our own factory. For more information about us,please check about us.

3. Can I get  a sample?

Please email us all  the detailed requirements of samples and a courier account number like DHL,Fedex,UPS,TNT,etc Normally,we will arrange the samples with sample fee,which depends on the swatch is easy or difficulty. 4. How long does the sample take?

Sample leading time is about  7-10days. For thoes who need their bags sooner, please let us know to meet rush requests.

5. Could you guarantee your quality? How?

For each order,no matter it is small or big order,we will have our Quality Inspectors to check all the procedures before shipment very carefull. Please see our Quality Control. During production,if there is any question or dispute on quality,the QC will do  the report to the factory director and find a solution about about it. It is our principle that we will not shp any unqualified goods to our customers.

6. How about the delivery time?

It depends on the quantity,styles you order and arrangement of our production department. Normally,it will be around  45days for an common order. If your order is urgent,please contact us for special proceeding. Anyway, we will try our best to provide you with quality product and punctual delivery time.
